It is very important to buy the right product containing natural progesterone (cream, treatment oil, gel). There are many different products on the market containing wild yam extract – and they are being advertised as natural progesterone. Such claims are very misleading, as the human body is unable to transform the diosgenin contained in such a specific into progesterone.
